Cost to switch into God’s plate
- Within 3 months of your current plate renewal period: $58 plus your annual renewal fee. ($25.00 of this will come directly to IGWT)
- Not within 3 months of your current plate renewal period: $69.60 (this includes an $11.60 replacement license fee). ($25.00 of this will come directly to IGWT)

Why is an extra $25 charged?
The In God We Trust Foundation, Inc, caused the plate to be created by the Florida Legislature in order to generate charitable revenue to support its missions. When you purchase or renew the tag, your tax-deductible donation of $25 goes to the IGWTF to support programs and operations. We can’t do God’s work without your support.What if I want my tag now but my current tag is not expired?
